The chosen domain name is "nazbol" (nazi-bolshevik) and the the flag design consists of a black symbol on a white disc on a red flag, one cannot be surprised to be labeled as neo-Nazi.

If one cares to look up NBP leader Edvard Limonov and his European connections there's little doubt that neo-nazi is a fitting term, though it may be unsavoury for Russian ultra-nationalists to be bundled along with Hitler's heirs.
